Free! Starts & Turns Clinic

The BAC Coaching staff will be hosting a Starts and Turns Clinic on Saturday, September 13, from 10:15-11:45. We invite all those BAC swimmers who are interested in attending to come out and get a little extra help with the finer details of racing. Please show up on time and have the appropriate swim equipment (i.e. tight goggles, “racing suit” (no 2piece) cap, etc.) This is a great opportunity to improve a very important aspect of racing with out the time and lane constraints of a full swim practice. This clinic is for Pre-comp, Barracuda, and Bronze Groups only. Please let your coach know if you are planning on attending.
